I’m Denise Hageman, an Occupational Therapist and Functional Health Coach who specializes in helping women over 40 rebuild their metabolism so weight loss and energy become possible again.
After years of working in healthcare — and experiencing the same fatigue, weight struggles, and frustration myself — I realized something critical:
